The area is famously known as the “Army Headquarters” due to its strategic importance as a major military base. Avadi is also a hub for automobile manufacturing, with several prominent companies having their facilities here. The neighborhood is home to the iconic Avadi Tank Factory, which plays a crucial role in the country’s defense production. We have designed a modern and elegant interior for Mr. N. Balachander’s residence in Kolathur, blending functionality with contemporary aesthetics. The home features a spacious layout, premium false ceilings, stylish wall finishes, and luxurious flooring that enhance its visual appeal. The modular kitchen is crafted with high-end cabinetry and sleek countertops, while the living and dining areas exude sophistication with minimalist furniture and ambient lighting. Bedrooms are designed for comfort, featuring custom wardrobes and warm color palettes, complemented by smart lighting and automation for a seamless living experience.

We are undertaking the construction of a well-designed single-floor residential building for Mr. Periyasamy Anjalai. The project is planned on a 675 sq. ft. land area, with a plinth area of 625 sq. ft., ensuring optimal space utilization and a strong foundation. Our focus is on quality craftsmanship, durability, and functional design, creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing home. The construction will incorporate modern materials and efficient structural planning, delivering a sustainable and well-ventilated living space tailored to the client’s needs.
